1) According to the laws of wills and trust, I think that upon the death of A, Lola can never be out of luck. This is because Lola is the present spouse of the 65 year old man. Therefore, the inheritance law legally provides the right of inheritance of the A’s property to Lola. The inheritance law suggests that there is no need of a change of will to be executed in order to let a man’s wife like Lola to inherit a husband like A’s property after his death. This is because the right to claim an inheritance has been reserved for a child as well as for a spouse in case of the death of A.
